We are looking for an experienced, motivated account executive to service our middle market personal lines book of business from our office in Sayville.
Candidates should be dynamic, personable, organized and comfortable on the phone.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assistance in all areas of personal lines service.
Service a $1.
5 million book of business New Business Quoting as needed for book of business.
Respond to client's questions, requests for endorsements and follow ups.
Prepare renewal proposals, reviews, as necessary.
Round out existing book of business.
Remarketing existing accounts as needed/required.
Claims reporting, guidance, follow ups, documenting system.
Maintain files in a logically organized fashion.
Interact with carrier underwriters and service members.
Core Competencies:
An active NYS Property and Casualty Insurance Agent/Broker's License.
Exceptional aptitude for customer service.
Ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
Upbeat attitude and strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
Good time management and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good working knowledge of company operating system.
Ability to follow through on tasks in a timely fashion.
